Third time here. The food is so fresh and delicious! I got the greeky bowl with chicken shawarma and chickpea salad😋 The customer service is great and the restaurant is new and clean. Juan was very nice & helpful during my dine-in experience. In my opinion it’s similar to Cava but this place has better food and options! So glad McKinney has another yummy Mediterranean food location.

I loved my shawarma, it was super delicious! I think the kids' bowls could be improved; they had too much rice, and they could offer more options to accompany the protein on the kids' menu instead of just potatoes and a leafy salad with lots of onions. For example, hummus and pita bread. Also, they didn't look as nice as the ones in the picture. The falafe is 100/100; its texture and flavor are truly delicious. The drinks aren't very appealing either; they're all from a machine, and there was only one type of tea (classic) —I didn't see any Mediterranean tea options. The garlic yogurt dressing is delicious and recommended for those who don't like spicy food. The place is clean, and the staff who served us were friendly. The cups for the kids are cool, they even have an activity for children 3+, the salad in the adult bowl is delicious because of the touch of olives and the dressing 🙌🏻 but this dressing is not available separately at the dressing bar outside.

Lured in by social media and kids eat free on the weekends… definitely don’t agree with the 4.5 star rating they have. When we first got there the line was pretty long but moved quickly. When we asked about some combos we saw on one of the menus on the website/another location, we were told that was only online… so you can apparently get deals by ordering online that you can’t get in store.. if true that’s fairly odd tbh. We ordered our food and when we went to each of the 3 tables that were open they were all covered with food, sauce, and trash under the seats/tables. It’s a busy Saturday so I figured someone would get it cleaned up shortly, but that never happened. An employee saw me cleaning one of the tables and came and wiped it down but the rag was so wet I had to use 5 paper towels to dry the table off. No trash was cleaned from any of the floors the entire time we were there. I went to the restroom to wash my hands before eating and at first was happy the water was pretty warm as many places only have cold water. The water quickly went from warm to scalding hot and burned my hands. When I came back out to get my drink, something must have been wrong with the Fanta Oran

Tried The Kebab Shop and appreciated how balanced and clean the food felt. The wraps were not greasy or heavy, everything tasted fresh, properly cooked. Good quality ingredients, simple flavors done right, excellent sauces (the cilantro jalapeño is fresh, not overpowering), and generous portions without feeling fried or processed. Calm, clean place and efficient service. Solid, honest food I would confidently return to. Liz at the register was very nice and friendly.

Ordered a chicken shawarma and protein bowl. They swapped someone else’s wrap with my order so I didn’t get my original order correct. The baklava is higher priced than other places I’ve ordered from for just one piece. Overall the food was good.
